This week has been very wonderful :) Our speaker spoke on prophetic evangelism. It was truley incredible. The week isnt over just yet..but it will be tomorrow sadly. Its been very encouraging, since we are going to Mardi Gras in Feb. My mind has expanded on new ideas, thoughts and perceptions.
I have grown to adore pretty much every single person here, even within the dts. You know whats funny? The ones in the dts look at us as 'Whow!! He/She already did their dts and now they are all spiritual and doing another school! Thats so cool!' So we are pretty much looked up to, looked at and watched no matter if we like it or not. But if they see you struggling, then they realize that you are just like them. We are human. So, its been really cool to speak into their lives as they prepare themselves for outreach.
I on the other hand, do wish that I could go, ..I desperatley want to go to Thailand, to work within the red light district where a lot of the human trafficking goes on. To go into the brothels and speak to these women and children. But the thing is, I have to have a little over 4 grand by the 29th. If that does not happen, its ok. I have been wanting to go to Thailand next summer with my friend from dts, Sharon. We both have such a heart for it and want to open other peoples eyes to the unjustice that goes on in this million dollar profit industry. But thats all besides the point. Im just updating you all of how its going but I do want to add, that there is an opportunity for me to go to Albania and Greece in April. It primarily focuses on the human trafficking industry. Which is perfect, but dont need all of the money until March. So, please do pray that I will be able to go if that is what God is wanting and if not? :) I am cool with whatever because I am His.
So here are a few more pictures that I wanted to post for you guys with concerning Africa. I hope things find you quite well, and I pray that your making the most of every opportunity in your life.
