Our class was invited to join in, so we got to see incredible things happen! The whole purpose of doing this, is if God is telling you to give something up that means so much to you and you keep holding on to it, as in, some strong hold in your life. Or if God is just telling you to give. Its about being obedient.
Its very exciting to me because I have always wanted to be apart of one. My friend Bethany Roth, who is also doing this school with me, she was apart of one during her dts. As well as another friend.
I got to see people get seriously blessed with the weirdest things, as in sweaters, waterbottles, and just the little things. It was incredible.
I gave a couple of things away and its not about seeing what you get back, but more of how others are blessed. It was a good faith booster for the dts as well as us, but it has been such a blessing to see, that I used to be where they were and they are just beginning their journey. We know what they are going through and we can help. Which is so amazing!! I will miss these guys and the friends in my school as well.
O my, I need to stop saying how much I am going to miss them or else I will be balling my eyes out ;)
God is so faithful. Our money and things are His and he will keep blessing us in return.
